cucumber

yellow bell pepper

green bell pepper

tomatoes

red onion

Kalamata olives

crumbled feta cheese

lemon juice
Instructions
Rinse all of the vegetables except for the onion.
Remove the seeds from the peppers and cucumber.
Dice all of the veggies. But sure to finely dice the red onion.
Roughly chop the olives.
Combine everything, including the feta cheese and lemon juice, in a large bowl.
Enjoy! Serve with pita and/or tortilla chips.
