1 1/2lbschickenbreasts, tenderloin, or thighs will work
1can (about 15 oz)kidney beans, liquid included
1can (about 15 oz)corn, liquid included
1large can (about 28 oz)diced or stewed tomatoes
1packettaco seasoning
2 cupswater
to tastesalt
Instructions
Put everything in the crock pot (slow cooker) on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-12 hours.
Shred the chicken (I just use a potato masher and smush it against the sides of the crockpot) and add salt, if needed.
