Weekly Meal Plan for a Family: Free Printable Dinner Menu with Recipes & Shopping List

Get a free weekly meal plan for your family– a whole 7 days of dinners planned out for you– with a shopping list and recipes!

Sometimes I think one of the best and worst things about life is that we have to eat so often. On the one hand, eating is fun and food is delicious! So eating three times (at least, haha) a day is great!

But on the other hand, that also means I have to prepare food for myself and my family all day long.

Seriously, some days it feels like all I do is make and clean up meals. Not cool, man, Not cool.

It’s gotten better as my kids get older, though. My seven year old can get her own breakfasts and lunches, so that’s awesome.

My four year old can get her own breakfast as long as I prep it for her the night before. If left to her own devices, she could still technically get her own breakfast, but she’d give herself approximately 7 cups of cereal and a half-gallon of milk, plus applesauce and a cheese stick… So I’m going to keep prepping it for her for a while, haha.

And then there are dinners…

But dinners are just always going to be a bigger deal; that’s just how it is.

I’ve accumulated quite the collection of easy dinner recipes over the years and have been consistently meal planning every week for about a decade now. So I’ve gotten pretty good at making dinner plans as less stressful as possible.

But even so, I know how just having to plan a new dinner menu every single weak can get incredibly tedious and irksome. So I’ve decided to make a free printable week-long meal plan for my readers!
