Instructions
Boil the water in a medium pan.
Once it's fully boiling, stir in the old fashioned oats (not quick/instant or steel-cut!) and reduce the heat to medium-low.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and stir in the sugar and frozen fruit.
Let the oatmeal sit for a few minutes to ensure that the fruit is heated through.
Stir in vanilla (optional) and enjoy!
