Method
- Beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch mix, and dill in a medium-sized bowl until well mixed. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
- Lay cucumber slices on one of the pieces of bread and then cover it with the other piece to make a sandwich.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Trim off the crust and cut into smaller portions, if desired.
