Ingredients

cocoa powder

sugar

milk

vanilla
Instructions
Stir the butter and flour together in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts. Continue to stir and let it cook for a couple more minutes.
Stir in the cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
Alternately stir in the sugar and milk, about a third at a time, until they are all incorporated.
Cook until the gravy starts to thicken, stirring every so often. Be sure to scrape the corners and bottom of the pan.
Once the gravy is the consistency of runny pudding, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Serve with biscuits.
