Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins or breasts, cooked Nutrition information was calculated using tenderloins.
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 6 tablespoons sliced almonds You may substitute a different nut if you prefer.
  • 3/4 cup miracle whipe

Method
 

  1. Dice the chicken into very small pieces.
  2. Cut the grapes into fourths, or eighths if the grapes are big.
  3. Stir everything together in a large bowl.
  4. Serve with crackers or in a sandwich or wrap.
