Easy Cucumber Sandwiches for Tea Party (Making With Megan)

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp dry Ranch mix
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1 loaf white bread, sliced about 1 cm thick
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch mix, and dill in a medium-sized bowl until well mixed. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
  • Lay cucumber slices on one of the pieces of bread and then cover it with the other piece to make a sandwich.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Trim off the crust and cut into smaller portions, if desired.
