Beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch mix, and dill in a medium-sized bowl until well mixed. Cover and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
Lay cucumber slices on one of the pieces of bread and then cover it with the other piece to make a sandwich.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Trim off the crust and cut into smaller portions, if desired.
